WKBL opens 2023-2024 season with six teams in final stretch run

The Women’s Korean Basketball League (WKBL) is gearing up for the new season.

The WKBL 토토사이트 released the schedules of its six clubs’ practice games on Nov. 11, signaling the imminent start of the 2023-2024 season.

After the 2023 Park Shinjah Cup, which was held at Cheongju Gymnasium on March 3 and ended with the Toyota Antelopes winning the title, the six teams will begin their final warm-up with practice games.

According to the published schedule, Samsung Life and Gwangshin will meet at the Samsung Training Center on the 12th. At the same time, Shinhan Bank and Daegu City Hall will meet at the Shinhan Blue Campus in Yongin.

On the 14th, KB Stars and Daegu City Hall will meet at the KB Cheonan Training Center, while Shinhan Bank and Gimcheon City Hall will play a practice game at the Shinhan Blue Campus in Yongin.

On the 15th, Shinhan Bank will take on Gimcheon City Hall again at the same venue, and on the 17th, KB Stars will face Hitachi (Japan) at KB Cheonan Training Center.

“The schedule is subject to change due to club circumstances,” said a WKBL official, explaining, “There are some teams that we haven’t introduced because they haven’t been finalized yet, and some teams are training individually.”
