Barcelona’s 21-year-old prodigy MF

“Any striker coming to Barca will be unlucky, because Lewandowski will play until he’s 60”

Spanish Primera Liga (La Liga) Barcelona’s “genius midfielder” Pedri has expressed his love for teammate striker Robert Lewandowski.

Pedri is a 21-year-old midfielder who joined Barcelona in 2020. He’s been called the future of Barcelona. He’s also the future of the Spanish national team. He has 18 caps for the Spanish A team.

He took to Twitter to talk about Barcelona and his teammates. He first talked about Barcelona’s competition for the La Liga title. Barcelona won La Liga last season. However, they have struggled a bit this season. The ‘defending champions’ have slipped to fourth place behind Real Madrid, Girona, and Atletico Madrid.

In response, Pedri said: “Barcelona can get back into the title race. It is absolutely possible to return to the title. And beyond that, I want to win the UEFA Champions League (UCL) and the World Cup.”

When asked, “If you were a soccer team manager, who would you sign?”, Pedri mentioned two players. One was Lionel Messi and the other was Elling Holland.

“If Messi was 19 or 20 years old, I would definitely take him. “If he was 19 or 20, I’d take him, but right now, I’d take Holland, the Manchester City striker. He’s like a robot. He’s scoring so many goals.”

He then shared his thoughts on his Barcelona teammate Lewandowski. “We have Lewandowski in our team. Any striker who comes to Barcelona will be unhappy. Unfortunately, another striker will have to wait until Lewandowski is 60 before he can play.”

Lewandowski was one of the best strikers in the world. He broke all sorts of scoring records. He’s still at the top of his game this season, with eight goals and four assists in the league.
